No. Cynnvi runs inside DrChrono as an embedded workflow. It doesn't replace your EHR, require a separate login, or change how you chart.
How does Cynnvi capture time in DrChrono?
Cynnvi reads chart activity in DrChrono, such as how long an encounter, referral, or order view was open and the instant something was placed, and ties each captured minute back to that specific note, order, or referral for staff to review and approve.
Can the AI Receptionist book directly into DrChrono?
Not yet. Today the AI Receptionist collects the scheduling details and hands them to staff to complete in DrChrono. Direct booking into DrChrono is on our roadmap, and DrChrono is one of the EHRs we're targeting first.
